I was very impressed with Dive Ningaloo. my daughter and i just did our open water PADI with Alex as an instructor. He is a natural teacher, relaxed, informative and went at the perfect pace. A really nice guy that made the experience very easy. As a woman of 50+ I’m grateful he didn’t get frustrated at my terrible memory! The entire crew were friendly, helpful and organised. Great lunch and good equipment. Thanks heaps DN enjoy the season!

My partner and I did a discovery dive and had a wonderful experience. Jaime, our guide, was exceptional and gave us a very memorable experience. Everything was incredibly safe, well organized, smooth running, and purely enjoyable!

A brilliant dive operator. We did 2 days of double boat dives with DN. Saw heaps of marine life, manta rays, sharks, wobbegongs, turtles! Boat is huge and comfortable, lunch was great and dive equipment is high quality. Special thanks to Sara and Melissa who were great dive masters and guides.

My wife & I recently completed our PADI open water course with Dive Ningaloo. We had Alex as our qualified instructor.

Neither my wife or I had dived before, so as pupils, we were in need of a lot of support. Fortunately for us, we had Alex every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. His breadth of knowledge & experience was well balanced with his personable approach and calm demeanour.

Throughout the 3 days, Alex allowed us to progress at our own pace, constantly offering support where required, whilst ensuring we were at ease.

I’d highly recommend Alex to anyone else thinking of doing the open water course. You’ll struggle to find a more professional and all round nice guy.

I did my Open Water Course with Dive Ningaloo, and it completely changed my outlook on life. I’ve never really been an “outdoorsy” person, but something just clicked out on the water with this amazing team. Learning to dive has genuinely given me a new lease on life — and a deep new love for the ocean.

Alex, my instructor, was incredible — patient, calm, and always encouraging. He made me feel completely safe and capable every step of the way. Mel, Tam, and Jamie were all absolute stars — so friendly, supportive, and full of good energy on the boat. And Skippers Dave and Joe kept everything running smoothly while making every trip to the reef fun and relaxed.

Since finishing my course, I’ve gone back out diving with them again and again — I’m totally hooked now! The Ningaloo Reef is breathtaking, but it’s the Dive Ningaloo crew who make the whole experience unforgettable.

If you’ve ever thought diving “isn’t for you,” give it a go with these guys. They might just change your life too.

Dive masters were great, but we were disappointed with the dives. We were anticipating fringing reefs, spectacular colours and a facemask full of fish, not so. But hey you have no control over the conditions on your dives so we'll have to suck it up and come again.
Dive/stay at Coral Bay it's worth a look too.

My husband and I completed the Open Water Padi Dive Course with instructor Alex. We felt comfortable and well looked after with Alex. Alex is a very likeable guy with a good sense of humour, but also with the necessary seriousness required for diving. He was also able to calm me down very quickly when I briefly panicked during an exercise. Alex was extremely competent and knew the answers to all our questions straight away.
Although we had little contact with the rest of the Dive Ningaloo team, they all seemed very friendly and competent. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day course and it was an absolute highlight of our stay in Exmouth.

Just completed my Open Water Dive course with Alex and honestly, it was an 11/10 experience! This guy lives and breathes diving, not only did he teach us all the essential skills and techniques to complete the course, but he went way above and beyond, sharing a ton of knowledge and personal insights he’s picked up along the way.
The course was super thorough, but just as equally fun! I’m walking away with not only the skills to dive confidently, but also some unforgettable memories that I’ll carry with me forever. I mean… who else can say they swam with a hammerhead and a whale shark on their first dives?! Absolutely unreal. WOO!

We did our Open Water divecourse here Instructor Kilen and Kenzie were great teachers. It was a lot of fun.

Did my PADI open water course with Alex as my instructor, assisted by Kenzie. They did such a great job teaching all the skills that the pool day went quickly. Unfortunately the first ocean day was windy so we went to Ningaloo reef instead of Muiron islands but at least it wasn’t cancelled. Kenzie did a great job of guiding us around the Labyrinth dive site, pointing out stuff of interest and teaching us different fish symbols.

My wife and I became certified open water divers through Dive Ningaloo. We were very lucky to have Emily as our instructor. She was professional, patient, and gave clear instructions during anxious times. She made the entire experience relaxed, safe, and enjoyable. My wife and I look forward to coming back one day!

Had such a fun time diving in the Ningaloo reef and the Muiron Islands. Alex, Keelan and Emily were all amazing but special mention to Todd who was our dive instructor. We were doing our refresher dives and Todd was great at talking us through everything and making sure we felt fully comfortable. The whole team was super friendly, fun and knowledgeable about the marine life and Exmouth area (however Todd if your reading this we never found a dugong).

We did our PADI open water dive course with Dive Ningaloo. Our instructor Emily was amazing! Very clear instruction and a patient and reassuring teacher. We felt confident and well cared for on our dives on the reef with Emily.

The dives themselves were good. Lots of sea life, manta ray, bronze whaler sharks, green sea turtles and some divers even got to see humpback whales on their dive! The coral though was sadly in bad shape. Lots of dead and bleached coral due to a recent bleaching event and cyclone in the previous 6 months. The sea creatures appear to still be thriving.

The crew were amazing, always friendly, kind and helpful. Thanks so much you guys for such a great experience !

Awesome day out with crew Dave, Keelan, Alex and Berta! It was my first time scuba diving (discover scuba diving) and I was a bit nervous. Couldn't have asked for a better instructor than Alex! Friendly, fun, professional, calm, helpful and experienced. Thank you!!

I spent two weeks diving with them and they were the best dives I've ever had. The dive sites are super beautiful, colourful corals, lots of sharks, turtles, octopus and more.
The equipment is great by rental standards. The food between the dives is delicious and there is always enough.
But the most important thing is that the crew/guides are great people who are ALWAYS nice, help you with your equipment when necessary, are always there for questions and always have time for a chat. It all just feels like one big family and I would come back any time.

My partner and I recently did our Open Water qualification with Alex (our Dive Master) and Berta, who was assisting Alex whilst doing her Dive Master traineeship. Both instructors were very professional and knowledgeable, and Alex had a great way of instructing and checking for understanding. I would highly recommend Dive Ningaloo!

The staff were really great as was all the scuba gear. It’s well run and recommendable. However, the food, boat and amenities are very basic.

Had a generally very positive experience with Dive Ningaloo. Booked for Navy Pier and Murion Islands. Unfortunately navy pier was cancelled due to damage to the pier, so I completed the Ningaloo reef dives instead. Dive master Alex was great and managed a situation where one diver was misplaced for a brief period very well. He was very good about setting expectations for the dives and communicating clearly.

I found that the gear was in generally good condition, however BCD clips were broken and replaced with cable ties and there were holes in a lot of wetsuits.

Lunch was nice and the crew were lovely.

One thing I did find strange was that I was advised via email that the Murion islands trip was cancelled - I subsequently rebooked with Exmouth Dive and Whalesharks. Despite this, when on the boat, the crew mentioned the trip to Murion Islands for the next day. I mentioned that I was told it was cancelled and was told that it was not cancelled, so not sure exactly what the miscommunication was here.

Overall I had a good experience with Dive Ningaloo, but I would recommend Exmouth Dive and Whalesharks instead.

Amazing experience ! First time in Australia

Epics double dive on Ningaloo reef with Todd and Pablo! Saw mantas, octopus, heaps of rays, turtles and huge fish plus the incredible corals. The boat is spacious and had a nice BBQ lunch on board. The crew all seemed calm, professional and to genuinely be excited to be diving. Honestly don’t think I’ve been on a dive boat with such camaraderie. Would highly recommend booking with them and big thank you to the crew for a memorable experience.

Excellent gang, and an excellent couple of dives.

The diving was beautiful; genuinely gin clear and just delightful. But the crew can’t take too much credit - BUT what they can take credit for is really decent service. Pick up and drop off if you want it from accom, efficient transfer to the dive boat (skipping the queue at the ramp as best they can), all the kit is already on the boat, and once in the water the guides were safe and professional.

Laura guided us, and was the right balance of keeping an eye on us, but also keeping an eye out for good stuff to spot. Eyes of a hawk 💪💪.

In between dives the crew were straight on to the sausage sizzle and tasty salad, refilling tanks etc.

Really recommend this outfit for a day of diving - and shout out to Laura for some tip top guiding! Cheers guys 🤜🤛

We did our PADI open water course with “Dive Ningaloo“. We felt really comfortable and good prepared for our dives at the Reef especially with this really nice crew. Thee was one skill I was scared of -taking off my mask- but Alex our instructor motivated me that I could do it. We were really happy having Alex as our teacher! With his perfect mix of calm, funny and professionalism!

Amazing experience. We did 2 diving days (muiron islands & ningaloo reef) and both of them were great. Our diving guide (Ceci) was the BEST, super helpful and her explanations were clear. Also Jaime was great with us, thanks for everything!!
The rest of the crew was also super good.

The wildlife is there and is awesome, however the reef had extensive bleaching this year which was sad to witness.

But may this bring some awareness and encourage change in order to try and prevent more of these events happening in the future.

P.S. the BBQ lunch between dives was great too! 😁

Had an absolutely incredible experience with Dive Ningaloo! I did the Discover SCUBA program, and for someone who had never dived before, it couldn’t have been a better introduction. A huge shoutout to Alex for being so patient and making everything feel effortless—his guidance made it easy to relax and truly enjoy the dive. Meanwhile, my sister, who is already certified, did a fun dive and couldn’t stop raving about how breathtaking it was.

The crew was incredibly professional, from handling the equipment to their knowledge about the reef. Everything was seamless, as they even offered to pick us up from our hotel, and they just had this really cool, easy-going vibe that made the entire day even more enjoyable.

The marine life was very diverse, and we saw everything from green turtles and surgeonfish to anemones and tasseled wobbegongs.

To top it off, the lunch after the first dive was fantastic. Jaime expertly grilled burgers on the boat, which was accompanied by a crunchy noodle and red cabbage salad. A selection of fresh fruits was served following the second dive.

If you’re considering diving in Ningaloo, Dive Ningaloo is the way to go. Whether you’re a first-timer like me or an experienced diver, they’ll make sure you have an incredible time!

Incredible experience with Dive Ningaloo at Navy Pier. We did a single dive and as long as the group is on the ball, everything will run smoothly.

Good setup. I joined for a double dive of the Navy Pier and was picked up at 6.45 and dropped off by 12.30. This dive is ruled by the tides so you have to be efficient and we were able to complete two 50 minute dives with a short break between.
On the dives there was a lot of sea life to just observe or examine up close, depending on what you prefer.

I had memorable 2 days of diving with Dive Ningaloo crew.

We had the best time doing our open water course with Dive Ningaloo. We had Alex as an instructor who made the whole course incredible, from the pool to the ocean. He was such a knowledgeable, professional and fun instructor, thanks so much!

We had a fantastic double dive at the Navi pier.
The marine life down there is more than we have ever seen on other dives and is truly spectacular.
The crew were great and helpful and the equipment was well maintained.

The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is just the timing. We really had to rush through everything except the diving itself.
No time to familiarise yourself with all the equipment or check your camera etc.
You get there, sign documents, watch a film, choose your wetsuit, fins etc and then you are off. Even between dives you only have a minute to breathe before the second dive starts.

This is because of the short time you can dive there regarding to the current, not because of „money-reasons“. So no offence to Dive Ningaloo, it is what it is.

Thank you to Alex for being incredibly kind, professional and patient taking my partner on his discover dive. The dive itself was incredible and an amazing experience. Could not recommend enough!

Have been out with this crew now on multiple occasions and have had a blast every time. This year we had the kids with us and all team members, whether via email, on the phone or in person, are very well informed, communicative, pleasant to deal with and organised. Staff and crew: 5 stars. Everyone was really nice and we felt safe with them! The lunch they cooked was also great!

Dive sites: 4-5 stars. The Muiron Islands had beautiful and vibrant coral, and we were lucky enough to see humpback whales and manta rays from the boat!

Gear and boat: 4 stars. The equipment seemed pretty old. Multiple wetsuits had holes in them (not too big of a deal, but they did let the cold water in), one girl had issues with her BCD and regulator connecting for her air, and both my husband’s and my BCDs were missing the strings to activate the back quick dump valve. The boat was also a bit cramped for how many people were on it.

Overall we really enjoyed our experience!

The dive was really well organized and an extremely good briefing up front. The divesight of the Navy Pier was the most insane dive ever i’ve ever done. We split up in small groups and as advanced diver you are allowed to go on your own if wanted. Great dive!

The only thing I would give feedback at: the welcoming was anything but friendly and very stressed energy. We arrived 15 minutes early and there was no small talk, all the staff asks different things from you at the same time. 1 persons asks for wetsuits, the other for finss, the other one to fill out the ipad and even one more to pay the $50 fee. Also one of the staff members got quite annoyed about the fact that we parked within the gates eventhough there were no signs where to park whatsoever. I think it unnecessary sets the tone negatively eventhough the rest of the tour is so well organized.

Amazing dive shop with great, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We dived Navy Pier with them and absolutely loved it! The entire trip was well organized and the staff's vibe and energy made the day complete. We also did several scuba tank refills for a very reasonable price. They fill up the tanks immediately while you wait. Would recommend to everyone!

In general, we had a great time here and the dive instructors were good, enthusiastic and determined to get us in the water and have a good time. Especially Ryan and Seb (Feb? not sure about the spelling) were extremely professional and great guides. We booked all three dive sites they offer and were most impressed by the "Ningaloo Reef - Blizzard Ridge" site. However, we were very unlucky because during our time there, their normal skipper was on leave, so we had a guy who seemed very unenthusiastic and he brought us to dive sites none of the locals have ever heard of. We went to Muiron Islands to a random place that didn't even have an official name. Same at Ningaloo Reef, normally they go to the site called Labyrinth and this was highly recommended to me. We then went somewhere else that my local friend has also never heard of. I have to say that the trip out to Exmouth is once-in-a-lifetime for me, and it is quite disappointing to know that the abundant and beautiful wildlife that is always at the sites this company frequents (obviously because it is so amazing) was something we weren't able to see.

We had two diving trips to the navy pier with dive ningaloo- a day and night dive (our first ever night dive!) the crew were amazing and so knowledgable, making it the best diving trip! We’re so grateful to you all and especially Bianca our dive master - you were such a wonderful guide!!

Really enjoyed my dives with them, instructors made me feel safe and maximised everyone's dive time by sending people on low air up and continuing with the others. Good food with a few gluten free options.

My girlfriend and I booked the discovery dive with this company and had a brilliant time! We went to the lighthouse bay and really enjoyed life underwater! Our guide was amazing unfortunately can’t remember his name but he was Spanish. He made myself and my girlfriend feel really safe because we were terrified! Would recommend this awesome company. We are now open water certified but did it with another company but we wouldn’t have been brave enough to do it without the expertise of these guys

Great first dive post PADI with Dive Ningaloo at the Navy Pier a few weeks ago. Massive thanks to the male Aussie dive master with long-ish hair who helped me get over my big fear of the giant stride in. Very supportive and heaps of patience.

Went to the Muiron Islands yesterday. I have to say what a fantastic experience, much enhanced by an amazing crew. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, but for us the stand-out was definitely Juliana from Columbia ( who let me call her Rhianna all day cos I'm a silly old sod with bad hearing ). She did a fantastic job of looking after my wife and I. She was extremely informative, with much knowledge of all we saw, so very friendly and just amazingly helpful, and also very dillegent when we were in the water. She made the trip for us. Visibility was good, we saw quite a few turtles, all manor of fish, and lots of undamaged coral. Great day out, thanks crew, thanks Juliana 😊

We did two days worth of diving with DN. A big thank you to Helen who did the initial two refresher dives with us on the reef, as it had been a year since our last dive.

We also did the Navy Pier dive. Yes, the visibility was limited, but the abundance of sea life was amazing. Thanks to Maria, Charlie and Ryan for their guidance, assistance and for their focus on safety while enabling us to have this unforgettable experience.

I recently had the pleasure of diving with Dive Ningaloo in Exmouth, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff, especially Ryan the dive master and Joe the boat captain, were absolutely fantastic. Their professionalism and enthusiasm added so much to the trip. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking sighting of a Manta Ray at Blizzard, a moment I'll treasure forever. Additionally, the navy pier dive was exceptional, offering an incredible array of marine life. Overall, Dive Ningaloo provided top-notch service and unforgettable dives, making it an absolute must for anyone visiting Exmouth.

Very nice dives, very well organized. The food was also very tasty. We were even able to dive down into the water on a line.
The only drawback was that the seats on the boat were sometimes very full when getting ready.

I dove the Muiron Islands and the Exmouth Navy Pier with Dive Ningaloo and had an amazing time. Joe, Bianca, Juliana, Ellie, Jaime, Ryan, Helene, Fabs and the rest of the team were incredible. Not only were they professional and meticulous with safety protocol, but they were also extremely knowledgeable about each dive site and also facilitated a really positive environment. Both the dives and the vibes were incredible at every site. Smooth operations, amazing care for the guests, and the insightful staff are some of the reasons I highly recommend Dive Ningaloo to anyone in Exmouth looking to spend some quality time below the surface.

I was on a dive tour in March with my wife. We just went snorkelling but had a very enjoyable day. The captain and staff were all knowledgeable and friendly. We went to two sites off Muiron Island and saw a good assortment of coral, fish, sharks, turtles…. I would highly recommend them.

Had my first ever dive with Ally today and she was absolutely amazing!!
I am usually very afraid of deep water but wanted to give diving a go anyway - and she was so patient and overwhelmingly kind throughout the day, re-assuring me that I was doing good and everything was fine.
She always kept an eye on me under water and guided me hand-in-hand through the fascinating new world.

Great location, great staff and great management.
My wife and I dived the Navy Pier and it was the best dive of our lives. The tour was easy to book, all gear is clean and well maintained, the dive site and historical information delivered perfectly.
We saw reef sharks, Wobbigong sharks, many nudibranchs, octopus, many fish species, a morey eel, a manta ray and hung out with the BFG (Big Friendly Groper).

During my recent stay at Ningaloo, I was diving with Dive Ningaloo six times.
At the office, I was greeted by Louise, who gave me useful information about the area, with plenty of tips for diving and snorkelling.
During my dive trips I met Ryan, Jaime, Bianca, and Justine and all of them were highly professional, knowledgeable about the dive sites and extremely helpful.
Ryan provided excellent dive briefing each time and he was a fantastic dive guide.
Jaime and Bianca also worked very hard to make our dives and the experience the best possible.
Diving at Ningaloo Reef and its surrounding area is extremely special, and I strongly recommend Dive Ningaloo and their excellent services for everyone to enjoy the most of it.

We were able to complete two dives and saw such a variety of marine life on both dives including sharks, octopus and lion fish.

My bestfriend and I did a discovery dive with Justine from Dive Ningaloo. We had a great time on the boat with the friendly and helpful staff. The dive was fantastic and a massive thanks to Justine for leading our dive, and helping us to feel safe and confident while under water! 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

I had an awesome day out with the Dive Ningaloo crew. Unfortunately Navy Pier was a no-go, but the Muiron Islands were beautiful. The healthiest coral I've seen. Friendly team, great lunch, beautiful dives. What more can you ask for!

Fantastic dive at the navy pier, the dive master's expert navigation meant we found everything, the giant groper, wobbegong shark, turtle, eels, octopus, shoals of fish, and a few sharks

We had an amazing time with Dive Ningaloo. We did a single dive on Navy Pier, followed by a double dive on Ningaloo Reef and then another day with a double dive on Navy Pier. Navy Pier has been my bucket list item for years and we were so lucky with conditions. All the staff including Charlie, Bianca, Helen and Juss were amazing. A very friendly and professional organisation.

the Navy pier dive is a MUST do. with about 1000 logged dives, i found this one to be up there with the best dives! staff were great, information was great. would like to thanks Charlie for being our guide, and on behalf of the team @Diveawayfiji, thanks

We just completed a 3 night dive/snorkel trip. A fantastic time; lots of coral, amazing fish and whales. Crew were fantastic. The accommodation was fine but be aware that if you score the below deck port hole bunk bed room, it is the same price as the better rooms, so book early as it gets very musty and noisy down there...

Can highly recommend Dive Ningaloo! Even though we had a rough day out there with not the best conditions the crew stayed organised, professional, calm, patient & polite which I appreciate a lot in stressful situations and definitely have seen different before!

Also love the small groups, the big boat and very clear communication from start to finish.

Had a great first dive with lots of fish, a turtle, shark, sea snake, rays and and and. Dive Master Bianca very friendly, pointing out small & big things and enjoying her job!!

Second dive got cancelled which is understandable and I support that decision in this situation. Refund was processed within a few hours.

A great trip and crew. Spacious boat, good gear A great day trip to Muiron Islands with the team of Jade, Charlie, Jamie, & Bill, who did a great job of guiding & managing us, & spotting wildlife & getting us in & out of the boat quickly.

A well organised boat & team, all gear provided, including warmer 5mm wetsuits, and morning tea & lunch.

We saw several turtles, colourful coral, & lots of beautiful fish.

If you’re prone to seasickness take your tablets before you get on the boat. It’s about 1 hour 45 minutes to the snorkeling site.

We had a great dive at the Exmouth Navy Pier. It was well organised with lots of information provided prior to the dive. A small group of divers with a nice 60 minute dive. Saw lots of sharks, rays, big fish, including a very friendly groper, and a sea snake. Thank you to Jade, who was awesome!

Dive Ningaloo Dive on the Ningaloo reef, 2 sites: Blizzard Ridge and Labyrinth. Blizzard Ridge was the best between the 2. Team is very professional, even in a rough sea, they have been able to select the right dives. Visibility was ok but not perfect. Easy 30-45 minutes to reach the dive sites. Was my 2nd time on the Ningaloo and I personally prefer Ningaloo to the GBR.

All the fish you wanted to see! Navy Pier Dive, like swimming in a fully stocked aquarium - remarkable! Wobbegongs, nurse sharks, turtles, nudibrachs, school upon school of fishes and a 400 kg grouper, the BFG! Wow 🤩🤩

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough! We had an amazing couple of days out diving with the crew and had the best time. Convenient pick ups (and they're not at the crack of dawn) and drop offs, easy BBQ lunches, excellent skippers & crew, good location for their boat Keto - minimal other boats around so easy access and no waiting around. Just a very well run operation overall.

Big ups to Jade, Fab, and DMT Charlie - they were so fun and brought all the vibes; and to Maria, who replied to all my hectic emails and phone calls and planned our days out perfectly. Thanks for making our time so special!

Magic May Navy Pier Incredible dive at the Navy Pier with Dive Ningaloo.

The crew at Dive Ningaloo was very well organised and offered 5mm or 7mm wetsuit with our gear hire. Had a great in-depth dive site briefing that put everyone at ease and showed what marine life we should be looking out for.

Once down there, all our expectations were surpassed with visibility of 10-12m and an abundance of marine life. The highlights were the nudibranches, big friendly grouper and the schools of lion fish. Would definitely recommend if you're visiting Exmouth.

Did Ningaloo reef, Muiron islands, and Exmouth navy pier dive with Dive Ningaloo. It was such a good experience, the staff were amazing and so knowledgeable. Some of the best diving I have done!

10/10 would dive again. Fabulous experience with DN. Booked online and did Murion Islands and the navy pier. Amazing diving, fabulous crew, great food. Picked me up from my accom. Very safe diving practice. The navy pier was amazing in terms of marine life, and Islands had beautiful coral.
